From the Grand Cru village of Chouilly the blend is 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. A stunning classic champane with a soft mousse on the palette with yeasty and creamy fruit flavours and a long finish. With the first acre purchased over 200 years ago, father and son now run the business which occupies over 30 hectares of prime terroir.
