This dry rose has more body than is typical.  From the house of Lallier based in the Grand Cru village of Ay - one of the most respected villages in Champagne - this rose is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Blended with a locally produced premier cru red wine, the champagne is aged in Lallier’s chalk cellars for 36 to 48 months and is disgorged 5 months before shipment. Elegant and charming, red fruit flavours abound, especially wild strawberries.  Perfect on a summers afternoon and with seafood and game dishes.
