This is an outstanding premier cru non vintage. Delightfully dry, with a yeasty nose the unusually high pinot meunier content gives the champagne strength and body which make it strong enough to accompany dark meat dishes. A perrsonal favourite of ours we think it is perfect on it's own! A blend of 72% pinot meunier, 13% pinot noir and 15% chardonnay.
